I'm very excited about the upcoming Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game, and the changes that have been previewed. My Easterling Battle Company may just have to grow to a full army, or perhaps I'll dust off the very first full army I ever built and painted: my Gondorians.

It's a new week and that means it's time to find out what's on pre-order this weekend!
First of all we've got more Kill Team, with the forces of the Deathwatch and Drukhari each receiving their own own starter box, as well as faction dice. We also have a new Killzone; a dense alien jungle filled with new challenges for Kill Teams to overcome.
And we have the new Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game with the Battle of the Pelennor Fields box, rule books, dice and even more!

Our third Golden Brush Painting Competition was held in July, showcasing massive amount of models occupying five full cabinets in the store!
Each and every time we host a painting competition, the bar in terms of painting quality is raised; this competition was no exception.

A fantastic store. Both staff have always been helpful, giving me help with painting as well as giving ideas for designing armies for different games. I've only just started the hobby about a year ago and already I feel like I've learned so much. My husband and I come in at least once a week now because of the supportive atmosphere and friendly staff. All the regulars spend our nights helping each other out where needed and I always feel that if I need an idea for anything, there will be someone who can help or Mat will be able to point me in the right direction. Definitely the best Games Workshop in Canberra and a great community
