The best plumbing service I have ever experienced in Canberra. They even texted then called to inform of their arrival time which is very different to a “no show” for days/weeks from other providers. Plumbing service, outstanding by their friendly & professional staff. Since a friend recommended them to me, I had used them twice, their service is effortless. Thanks Andrew for your exceptional plumbing service. Highly recommended.

Company states they want to provide a 'WOW' experience for their customers and boy did they deliver! From the online booking system down to payment, this has been the best tradie experience I've ever had. A few weeks ago we had an emergency leak with the fridge tap. We called Water Tight plumbing late on a Saturday evening not expecting we'd get any help at that time. The young guy (I thought his name was Sam) came out in no time from Water Tight Plumbing. He was friendly, professional, honest and even took the time to explain our issue and test his work. Service like this is quite rare in my experience. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

Fast, efficient, friendly and thoroughly reliable is how I would describe my experience with Tom and his team. These guys really know their stuff. They get to the heart of the problem and will give you an honest appraisal with options. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I am very happy with the work performed by the staff from Water Tight Canberra. The staff I dealt with were very courteous and discussed with me what needed to be done. The work was done very efficiently.

Tom and his team did an outstanding job for us in fixing a blocked drain that other plumbers had insisted required digging up (costing $8000). Not only did Tom go above and beyond to help us, he took a personal interest and is damn good bloke.

I contacted Tom about root herbicide treatment for our house. Tom was very easy professional and set up an appointment immediately. He also helped us clear two pipes that were unfortunately already blocked by the roots and charged us for the use of the eel once for two pipes. Overall, impressive workmanship at a competitive price. I'll definitely call Tom and his team again for any plumbing issues.

Tom is probably the very best Plummer in terms of customer service in Canberra. He will listen to what you want and deliver options in an modern and quick manner. He also looks around and can pick upcoming issues and suggest preventive maintenance.

Recently I have 5 Plummer's come to my place to replace a hot water heater. only two bothered sending a quote, one could not deliver exactly what I wanted, the other was Tom.

I won't say he's the cheapest around, but he delivers quality.

Excellent work, customer service, and price. Had two plumbers from Water Tight, Andrew and Sam, come to do some minor work on different days. Both of them were friendly, efficient, and happy to walk me through what they were doing.

A really positive experience from beginning to end. Everything about the Water Tight team was great, from Joseph's friendly and helpful manner on the phone through to Sam's great job on site. I highly recommend these plumbers - they came when they said they would, ensured I clearly understood what the problem was and what the options were to fix it, and were very affordable as well. Definitely my plumbers of choice in the future!

I honestly don't know where to begin. I rang late on a winter's day with a blocked toilet, and Tom arrived 15 minutes later. He was friendly, courteous and professional, and very quickly located where he thought the problem was. It was late in the day and he decided to book one of his team for the next day.
Sam rang early the next morning and again turned up withing ten minutes. Equally courteous and professional. He and Tom worked out the best approach and Sam then proceeded to fix it.
Both Tom and Sam explained things like they were talking to an informed layman, not an idiot: including what the likely problem was, the eventual ACTUAL problem and how they solved it.
And all at a very reasonable cost. Very reasonable.
You honestly don't GET this kind of professionalism any more...except you do.
Apart from this review, I'm telling everyone I know :-)

Andrew came out early (he was in the suburb already and thought he'd see if I was home). He was very helpful and friendly. The issue wasn't with our house but with the council. Andrew phoned the council for me and arranged to have them come out. I found the people at Water Tight to be very down to earth and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Prompt, professional and friendly service. Will use them again. Happy to recommend them to others.
