Very good service. A bit pricey if you have them clean the car.

Do not waste your money! Was told the wash would take 1.5 hours, but there was a mistake and they thought they had 3 hours to wash interior and exterior. When I asked what was happening at 2 hours they said they would finish it for me in 15 minutes. This resulted in a terribly rushed interior clean that missed all spots that I asked to be cleaned. Paid an extra $10 to shampoo the seats and they only did one. $95 wasted!

Staff at the cafe are very helpful and friendly. There's 1 or maximum 2 of the people that do the washing that really try and care for their job.

I went here because it was close to my house, I so regretted it...Even though I told them how picky I was and that I wanted an spotless interior and a seat clean, they still didn't do it, when I pointed it out, they looked at me like I was a crazy woman, so much I felt bad about saying anything at all, got in to storm off and my cupholders still had the coffee stains I pointed to them...So I got out, found someone else, and this nice guy told me to please check again and that he'd do anything I found again if needed. THANK YOU to that guy. To the other guy, please find another job!

Nothing better than having someone else doing something for you and washing your car is one of them.
They do an ok job but when your paying for a better wash and internal clean you would expect a job commensurate with the cost.
Internal clean is very much hit and miss, missing more than they hit when vacuuming or wiping over the dash and other surfaces.
Externally tends to be very good although at my last visit they didn't clean the wheels very well.
There's good food and coffee served in the cafe along with free WiFi.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Regardless of the above they can still do a better job than I can so I'll keep going back because I trust them with my vehicle.

Cant speak for the auto wash, but if you're planning to use the hand wash bay, go accross the road to Supercheap and get a good hand mitt and some soap instead. After pre soak, high pressure soap, foam brush, then high pressure rinse, there was still grime on my door panels that I could wipe off easily with my hand.
Even when I held the pressure nozzle 2 cm away, this grime didn't budge. Don't waste your time.

It came out with sap marks still on the car
They had 4 guys all over it and they couldn't get a microfiber cloth to rub off marks ???? Really ???
I could do a better job
Then they ripped a strip of paint off when they removed the tape that was holding the rear wiper down
I put in a complaint

Had a Better wash today. Staff very friendly. They did a great job considering the state of my car. Happily recommended to family and friends. Great Job.

Terrible products, in twenty minutes I couldn't get the cab of my little truck clean, de greaser is not a degreaser, truck was dirty now looks worse, staff are hopeless

Used the valet service and was told it would take 2.5 to 3 hours and would cost more then other car washes. I was there so I excepted. Went home and and hour later was sent a text telling me my car was done and to pick it up asap. Frustrated that I'd just got home expecting another 2 hours wait I went back to pick up my car. I arrived 20 minutes after they texted me and they were still cleaning it! I waited another 5 minutes for them to finish and then inspected the work. There was still bugs on the front. I was told it was a chip. The guy managed to clean it off (because it was a bug). There was left over polish around most windows and on all the black plastic areas. Where there had been a bit of tree sap was still a mark. And I'm not sure if waxing and polishing a car should show up more scratches, but I'm sure they were not there before I left my car with these people. They opened the boot so I could see my cleaned but still wet mats; they were covered in pine tree needles! Where the hell do they even come from? How is that clean? So dissatisfied with their work. What the hell did I pay over $300 for??? Would never recommend. No wonder their rating is so low.

The self service wash bays at Waves are a joke. The $3 minimum for the vacuum is ridiculous when a $1 minimum lasts longer elsewhere! The foam brush is always on the filthy, rubbish strewn ground because it won't stay on the rack. Badly designed hoses mean you always get tangled when switching from the pressure gun to the foam brush. The foam brush has also been out of foam on two occasions when I've been there. Avoid!

I never write negative reviews (check my profile), however on this occasion there is nothing but frustration.

Firstly, when I collected my car, I noticed SCRATCHES that were not there before. The car is 1 month old and definitely was not scratched prior to the wash. Waiting on Management to get back to me with a damage report.

Also there was still visible dirt on the exterior. They then said they would have to wash it again, so now I had to wait for a rewash. When I went to inspect it again, the same spot was still dirty, so they had to do a spot wash on that part just to clean it right. So after two and a half washes, I get in my car to go but now the interior driver side floor is dirty (from when the moved it for the second wash) so had to do a quick vacuum too.

The manager on duty was helpful, apologising and helping to fill out the "Potential Damages" form and also offering a discount on my next wash, which I refused because I will not be coming back... so I obviously would not recommend. I'll find a self service from now on...

Quite disappointed today with the finish I received for my Navara, I don't want to list the items but everything seemed to be nearly there regarding the final product.
As we are mid winter there was not too many cars in to be cleaned but I still didn't get a phone call to say it was ready and I didn't get a good finish.. I returned to my car about 2 hours after I left it to find it parked away from the main run of vehicles as if it was moved out of the way of everything (which is ok if I were running late to pick it up but I didn't even know it was ready)
The car wash sent someone to clean what I wasn't happy with but he wasn't giving it his all to impress, all I kept getting was anything else? (This was after I had walked another guy around my car...)
I must admit I gave up in the end and left but I have just spent another hour with my rags and product cleaning the areas I was not happy with....
I'm not that fussy but when you can see areas have been missed you want them clean..
I have been here before on several occasions with this and other vehicles and have been relatively happy with the wash, but this time is a disappointment....
During winter (your low season) you should be going the extra mile as the cars you are washing in winter will be the same ones who come back in summer...
I hope I get a better job next time!

Do NOT use this car wash.. it is so bad that the assistant manager who organised our interior detail resigned before our complaint could be rectified.
We took our newly purchased second hand van (granted it was pretty dirty from previous owners) and paid $376 for a full interior detail. What a waste of money, the interior plastics were still dirty when we picked it up and when I pointed this out they claimed we'd have to pay extra to have them wiped over?? After they steam cleaned the interior they used an air gun to blow the dust & dirt out of the seat rails and left the debris all over the carpet??
When we complained to the manager we were treated appallingly and basically told we'd have to pay more to have the problems fixed..
We do not recommend these guys at all, they need to improve their quality of work and customer service.

They are doing fantastic job. Today I washed my car there. Very commitment and friendly staff. I never saw in car wash business before a technic they are using. They call it quality board or something like that. They track their quality day by day. Based on that they take action to improve. Isn't amazing?

It's hard not to feel cynical about Australian businesses when dealing with places like Waves Car Wash. As soon as you arrive you have to deal with dodgy sales tactics designed to gouge as much cash from you as possible. I had to continue to repeat that I just wanted the outside of the car washed and each time they quoted me $45, which is the price for inside and out. The outside price is $30. When I kept insisting on outside only, they gave me an incredulous look, clearly designed to make me feel like there was something wrong with a person who didn't want to pay them more money. When I told them my car was keyless entry they said it would be another $5 to make sure the car didn't lock with the keys inside. I left without getting the wash and just did it myself later on. This business, like so many others, is a disgrace and not interested in customer service in the slightest.

Seems like a reasonable price but much slower than they said and we were not impressed with the finished result

Change machine doesn't work. Staff not professional. Water pumps leak. Asks for minimum of $3 even when you're almost finished and only need 30s to rinse.
Terrible! Go elsewhere.

While I was happy enough for the wash and vacuum that they did, I am not happy to have them spam my mobile number with their advertising.
