Westfield Belconnen

Oh, Oh, Oh Christmas is here... I was excited to visit the mall, only to see that all the classic decorations were decommissioned. A lot of people loved those classic decorations and they're gone!?!?

Every other year the Christmas tree has gotten smaller and smaller. WHY!? Why would you keep shelling out money to have a Christmas tree smaller than the previous years?

Back in the early 2000's the tree reached the third floor now it barely touches the roof of the second floor? And now (2017) it's even smaller. The only thing that keeps it looking large is the stand it sits on...

So stop wasting funds and perform regular maintenance on what you have.

A good range of stores, from supermarkets to clothing, a variety of food outlets and entertainment. Much quieter and better laid out then other Westfields in Canberra.

Standard Westfield complex, 2 primary levels with a small third level area at one.

Escalators are accessible throughout the complex with lifts available and clearly marked.

Cleaning and security staff do a great job of keeping the complex clean and shopping experience pleasant.

Parking is available both under cover and on the roof, all priced at free for the first 2 hours and then a small fee per hour after that. Cinema visits increase the free time period so there is no excess owing after a longer movie.

Expect to see all the standard shops and amenities that Westfield complexes have to offer.

Great shop selection. Security need to up there game and spread out to be seen in more of the centre instead of walking around in packs of five only covering a small area. Great fashion shops for my partner, and great food court. Often busy, but this means the centre always has the latest stock available.

Seriously. If all the supermarkets are going to charge for trolley use, The least Westfield Belconnen could do is have a set up that allows customers to put the trolley back and retrieve their money. The level two car park at Emu bank end is an absolute nightmare. There are two chains in one row and people put and trolleys where ever they can to get their money back. This is completely fair on their part because they should be able to get their money back especially when they are trying to do the right thing. Please Westfield sort this issue out or I want to shop there any more.

Plenty of parking awesome HOYTS if you love your movies..
Plenty of fresh fruit and veg away from the big stores..
Great clothing styles for all types and not a hard place to get around.

It was more exotic than the malls of Western Australia. Those parking bay lights, very fancy to simple folk like yourn

It's your standard Australian shopping mall. Major shops represented.
Adequate parking with number plate reading system and red and green lights over spaces. Free for the first two hours.
When it's hot out side it will be packed and loud.
A couple of good of cafes.
Not huge but not a nightmare as a result.
Know what you want - get in, buy and get out. Not a place for casual window shopping.

Fantastic three little shopping centre. Large variety of shops . Super Markets are well represented with all the major brands. There is a 24 hour Kmart just in case you need a new frying pan at 3 a.m. in the morning. Carpark is first two hours free and then $3 per hour after.
