Larissa from Lady Larissa Flowers and Styling is a studio based florist in Canberra Australia, offering many unique floral services such as; workshops, weddings, large botanical installations, corporate & private events, editorial and home styling. She also has pop-up flower shops at locations such as Local Press Café.

Having arrived back from London only a few years ago, she was full of fresh ideas after freelancing for famous and influential florists such as McQueens Flowers, Foxgloves & Glory, Rebel Rebel, Absolute Flowers and Home and Augustus Bloom just to name a few.
Larissa studied floristry in Australia and has a Bachelor of Graphic Design which helped her to build and creatively market her own unique brand.

"I like my flowers to look wild and free, which I also believe reflects my true personality. I think flowers are more beautiful when they’re left untamed. I would describe my style of floristry as rambling and romantic with an Australiana and English influence.
I always seek to create new and beautiful published works because flowers are a perishable product. But I suppose that’s what makes them more beautiful, because flowers don’t last forever. "

Be sure to check out some of Larissa’s gorgeous weekly floral installations at some of Canberra’s must visit locations such as; Pollen Café at The Botanic Gardens, BOOKPLATE at The National Library and Hotel Hotel in the arts precinct, New Acton.

She will also be demonstrating and running floral workshops at this years Floride 2017 in Canberra.
