Usually very good deals that you don't get in other stores

I have been to the DFO store 3 times now only because it is close to home. Every time I have gone there the staff are rude and unhelpful. I refuse to go back to this store.

If you want EXCELLENT customer service I highly recommend to go to the Civic store, the gentleman there will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. An example is I required 5 vests for my wedding, DFO said "No sorry, everywhere is out of stock" as this was my 3rd visit I did not believe her so I called Civic and spoke to them and he said "I will ring a few stores and call you straight back" and within in 5 minutes he called back and had sourced the vests I need and it was no trouble at all he just made a few phone calls.

DFO are useless and I have submitted a formal complaint about the service they provide there!!
