Zumba and ZumbAtomic parties for children and teenagers

I am a Canberra based Zumba and ZumbAtomic instructor. I offer Zumba parties for children and teenagers aged between 4 and 16 hosted at your venue. There are a number party options from a 45 minute Zumba or ZumbAtomic lesson through to a 2 and a half hour party including lessons, games and Zumba accessories. Zumbatomic® is a great way for children to not only be physically active, but to learn functional, social and confidence building skills in a safe, positive environment. Children participate in various skill building activities through movement while learning about different cultures, and why it is important to be active. Children are encouraged to be creative and work together as they make their way to a healthy life. And most importantly, the children are having lots of fun.
