National Allied Health Organising Committee is delighted to present the 12th National Allied Health Conference in Sydney Australia for all Allied Health

As Australia works toward a truly integrated health care system that delivers seamless, holistic care across a person’s lifespan, Allied Health Professionals are well placed to:

- provide responsive services across sectors, services and locations in a market increasingly driven by consumer choice
- develop a resilient workforce by building capacity and capability to meet the health needs of our communities
- deliver effective and efficient services informed by reliable systems

The conference will provide a forum for Allied Health to gather from every service setting: private sector, public health, non-government organisations and government agencies. Delegates will consider solutions to the challenges posed by major health reforms such as the NDIS, the management of chronic diseases, and the interface between acute and primary care.

The organising committee invites you to Sydney to hear a range of eminent speakers explore the current and emerging issues that will shape the future for Allied Health. As the focus of health policy shifts to the management of complexity in primary care, Allied Health will be “Stronger Together”.

The conference will explore the theme ‘Allied Health: Stronger Together” and will highlight Allied Health’s place in the health continuum through a number of subthemes including:

- Resilient Workforce
