We are a non-for-profit Gymnastics club located in the Ballina Shire. We offer non-competitive Gymnastics classes.

CLASSES WE OFFER AND CLASS DESCRIPTION
• Kinder Gymnastics (Kindy)
Kinder gym is an enjoyable class designed for 0 to 5 year old children. The Kinder gym program will be guided by an Accredited Leader to ensure the equipment set-ups are safe, stimulating and provide endless movement opportunities for each child to play and learn. Kinder gym will assist your child in development and co-ordination, confidence and self-esteem.
• Recreational Gymnastics (Rec Gym):
Recreation gymnastics is a program designed for beginners. Classes involve a variety of fun and challenging activities on every apparatus, that develop a wide range of physical attributes including strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
• Gym Stars:
Gym stars carries on from rec gymnastics. This class has further focus on skills and development of skills. This is a great class for all ages over 5 years. Gym stars is more structured than recreational, focusing on routines and skills while still maintaining the fun aspect of gymnastics.
• Women’s artistic Gymnastics (WAG):
Women`s artistic gymnastics it is an athletic sport that develops Strength, Agility, Coordination, Flexibility, Spatial awareness, teaches strong work ethic skills and discipline. This is a great class for female gymnasts aged 6 years and above looking to develop and learn all the skills in the national levels program. Gymnasts enrolled in this class also qualify to compete in local, regional and state competitions as well as state and country championships.
• Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG):
Men`s artistic gymnastics is an athletic sport that develops strength, agility, coordination, flexibility, spatial awareness and discipline all in friendly and safe environment. This is a great class for male gymnasts aged 6 years and above looking to develop and learn all the skills in the national levels program. Gymnasts enrolled in this class also qualify to compete in local, regional and state competitions as well as state and country championships.

It was our first time competing team gym and we smashed it 💪🏽
