Every time a stuff up my laptop he's fixed it and it's better than before. Highly recommend this guy.

A while ago i went to this shop to fix my issue with viruses on my laptop. The laptop was new and required a simple backup and reboot. Rather than the provision of suitable measures to diagnose my issue, the worker suggests i purchase a new laptop, aswell as did not back up my data which included important university assignments. Not happy with the service at all.

It is so good to find someone that knows his craft and is a great person also. My 3 year old Dell laptop is used for a lot of video editing and started running very hot... then died in the middle of video editing. Nothing would bring it back to life. I called Dell and over the phone suggested it was the motherboard and quoted $324.50 for the motherboard and another $165 for a Dell tech to install it. They wanted payment upfront and then it would be 3-4 weeks to fix it!

I by chance was driving past this shop in Gladesville and saw the sign that they fixed laptops. A quick look at the reviews here and it looked promising. A visit to the store looked even better as they looked like they repair a lot of laptops. Serkan suggested it might be the graphics card and gave me a quote that I accepted. He called the next day to say the motherboard and graphics card were fine, it was the keyboard shorting the entire system out. He revised his quote down by 2/3rds and suggested a clean and replacement of the thermal past under the heatsink to let the machine run cooler. I readily agreed.

My laptop was fixed the next day with a new genuine Dell keyboard for hundreds of dollars less than quoted, and when I run Videostudio it does not get anywhere near as hot as before. I can say it now runs "cool".

Thank you very much Serkan for your great service. It's never fun to pay for electronic repairs but you were worth every cent and more. My laptop feels like it did when new. And thank God for that little sign that say's laptop repairs!!
