I had a pleasant time the staff where friendly and didn't push or harass me at all when in store I also had a fridge delivered the fridge came with some cosmetic damage I called them about it and they sent a replacement at my next convenience 5 star service

Amazing amount of products for great prices, say no more !

The lady who worked at this store was abboxious and spoke down to myself and my father when we clearly had more knowledge about the products then her anyway. Every time we tried to speak she would speak over us, which I consider very rude. Her poor customer service skills drove us to the decision to go elsewhere.

Range is okay, obviously depends on what stock they can get their hands on. Prices are negotiable.

Came back as a repeat customer to buy another washing machine. The same one. Front desk checkout clerk (an older surly gentleman) was particularly rude and protested that I pay more than what the salesperson entered into the sales invoice, and further complained he wasn’t making enough money out of it.. appalling! The sale included a next day (Sunday) delivery. Sunday arrived, they strung me along all day with the delivery, changing the time window 3 times, and eventually arrived at 7pm. The 2 delivery men were rude, rough handled the machine in it’s damaged packaging (most likely from them roughing it around the back of the truck), and were negligent smashing the machine into the elevator panels and building walls. I asked them to wait outside while I went looking for a knife as they forgot to bring tools to
unpack the machine, the louder of the 2 proceeded to let himself inside! Removing the packaging revealed it was the wrong machine! Naturally, the delivery men argued and tried to force me to take the machine - which I refused. They then threatened to not take it back, which showed a real lack of intelligence. The store failed to phone me the next day, so I had to chase them up after lunch, the manager apologised, and assured me if I paid more to get a larger and better machine he’d deliver it with another driver team that day or next day. It couldn’t be done that day so the next day was agreed, the next day at 3:42pm the same surly clerk called me to say I owed money! After assuring me they would be there before 5pm, I paid. It’s 9:48pm and no sign of 2ndsworld or my machine. Do yourself a favour - AVOID!!!

Bought a washing machine that broke down under warranty they came a week ago and said they'd replace it...3 calls chasing that promise... still no replacement.
Last time I was in there, the staff were more interested in each other than the few customers, so I left without any acknowledgment. I've been shopping there for over 10 years - that's stopped now. Like my washing machine.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Products are arguably worse than the staff. Do not go to this shop if you want an appliance that lasts more than a month, and don't want to be infuriated by their apathy when you report a problem.

Have never had such good service. The Lady dealing with online orders is fantastic! She stayed friendly and professional even though I ordered the wrong fridge not once but twice. She sorted it out without any trouble kept me updated with calls throughout. Probably called 5 times and did speak to a man once, he was rude and abrupt! Not sure what the lady's name is (could be Abigail) but she is keeping this place running!

We have purchased quite a few items from 2nds World Cremorne and never really had any issues with them.
