Very bad customer service, I got a Gift card from Best Restaurant and I would like to book for tomorrow valentine’s day so the girls left me waiting on the phone around 20 min. That because she told me she would transfer me to another person who supposedly help me with the booking. I’m so impressed how only a book for dinner takes so long.

So I haven’t go yet to there, but I got very frustrated. I would love to check how is the customer service in the place

Was very nervous after I had booked the 360 restaurant for my partners 40th Birthday, having been told by a friend it was awful, and then reading the negative reviews, I very nearly cancelled. I have to say, so glad I didn’t, the venue was fantastic, staff where great, attentive and not pushy, Food, I can honestly say was absolutely delicious, somewhat more superior to more famous restaurants we have dined in, We didn’t find the wine overpriced, one bottle $59 and the second bottle $79, obviously depending on what you ordered, Views where great, an all round great experience, we dined at 8pm on a Monday evening, and couldn’t fault it, thank you to the staff for a very enjoyable evening. Would recommend 100%.

Service was good. Views are quite nice especially with the revolving feature. Prices are ok given the location.

Edit: -1 Star not great for groups and a hassle for corporate events due to bookings and deposits logistics.

The view was great but the food was below average. Definitely overpriced - snapper was too dry. Oyster, really so so. The dessert was good.

Steak and chips ordered were delicious. Very expensive to dine at but the prices pretty much mirror that of tickets going up to the observation deck + food so cant complain. Unparalleled views of our beautiful city.

The view is great! Service is nice, but food is overpriced. Our drinks were extremely expensive and had almost no alcohol, and we had Long Island Tea!!! Out steaks were cold and they took it back. We though we would get new steaks, but they brought back the same ones and still cold. We didn't want to complain so we figured we would take them home and warm them up! But they didn't allow us to take away any food. So, don't come too hungry or have dinner beforehand and just come up for "drinks" and the view.

I will start with the positive...view was excellent and staff were attentive (if only to speed you through your meal to get more bums on seats for the next service). It felt a little like a fast food restaurant. The ambience was terrible...music horrid for what should have felt like a serene setting. The waitress took our bottle of wine away to save staining the tablecloth which was a first for us! Lots of children, which is fine, but not when the are dancing around the table next to you. Paid a lot of money for a nice steak, great view, but fekt like we were fleeced our $300. Better value at restaurants at the cove circular quays.

Fantastic food, house wine and service. Having heard less than positive reviews, I was feeling uncertain, but wanted to take a moment to share that we had a great experience. Scallops for entrée, salmon for main. Flavours, textures, presentation - all good quality. Really enjoyed the house white, no pressure to order more than the one glass.
We were a friendly and appreciative group, perhaps that approach was a helpful starting point.

Fantastic views of Sydney, which to be honest is the only reason for eating here. The food was disappointing for the following reasons:
- portions were tiny
- lamb was under cooked
- scallops were cold
- salmon was dry
- very expensive and they charge $10 for table water (!)
The best tasting food was our child's kid serving of fish and chips.

Food was terrible, the steak I had was dry and overcooked, one of the worst I've ever experienced. I don't understand how this place is rated so high, the view perhaps?

Overall would not recommend and this place has a long way to go if compared to the best fine dining restaurants in Sydney.

Had a wonderful lunch here with my partner. Service and staff were fantastic, food was lovely.
Would recommend this as a fantastic experience for anyone, especially visitors from out of town as the views of Sydney are amazing.

An amazing meal for my mums birthday with incredible views of Sydney. A must if you are in the area! The food was delicious with good sized portions, we all left feeling comfortably full. Excellent service and I would visit again next time I'm in Sydney.
