7-Eleven Camperdown

I went there recently to get 91 octane petrol. I noticed it was a bit pricier than normal to fill my ute's petrol tank...over $70. After I paid I looked at the petrol sign and they had the 91 and premium prices mixed up with each other! Premium was cheaper than 91! I asked the attendant and he said that head office had made that mistake!? I asked if I get some refund for what the 91 octane price would normally be and he said: No....you should have looked at the board! Yeah, like most people look at the board every single time they get fuel!

Friendly staff, lots of pumps so never have to queue

Regular gas station. In the morning will be crowd . The need to add another coffee machine.

7-Eleven will usually have a few things on special, but anything that's not is way overpriced.

Good products with high price.

This store used to be owned by The Indians and overnight The Chinese bought it out. During the day they only have one staff member on and she is constantly running around between the register and the shelves like a person possessed.

The customer service is pretty poor, no "Hi how are you?" or "Thanks", they just say the total amount with a blank expression and stick their hand out.

Clean store, quick service, wide range of offerings at reasonable prices

Extremely bad customer service, where reverse racism was deployed by Manager as a tactic to refuse my query to know who is the store owner so I can lodge a formal complaint about the (yet to know at the time) "Manager", which was a logical fallacy due to ad hominem. This has since been addressed by Head Office which has since spoken to the Manager. No apology was ever received by the Manager, even though Head Office did so on her behalf. Sadly it is the only "convenient" store on route to the university I attend. Many times I hear of other customers while in store complaining about customer service. This store is the worse I have come across in Australia (I have lived in SA, NSW, QLD, NT East Coast and Central Australia). Credit does go to the 7 Eleven Company which has done the right thing by me, just not the employee (i.e. "Manager").

Bad product. Bad customer service.

Just bought a pack of Scotch Finger Chocolate.
Opened pack, all biscuits glued together and the chocolate was white coated (product was obviously heat damaged).

Brought pack back to store and was told by a talented young man that there is nothing wrong with the product.

Demanded refund. He had to ring his manager, then I had to talk to his manager. After lots of complaining in a language that I don't understand he refunded me the product.

Took the $5.50 and bought the same product for $2 less 50m down the road. Product was good (as it should be).

Don't except bad products, especially when so overpriced.

Cheapest and best coffee around the hospital area. No wait times, no ridiculous prices just decent coffee.

Great if you're visiting or waiting at hospital and need something. Have a range of basic supplies and food that come in handy.
