I was wrongfully charged for a $2 hot chocolate cup that had adhesive in the bottom. I had put it in the trash and got another one. After I paid for my hot chocolate and went back to my car, the guy behind the counter sends this other guy out with the hot chocolate cup I put in the trash and says I have to give him $2. I told him it was a faulty cup because there is glue inside the cup however "because of accounting" he still wanted $2 from me. I am aware it is only $2, but I know what I should be paying for and I should not pay for a faulty cup.
You guys are usually nice but charging me for a faulty cup was absolute BS!
