Can't thank Jess enough for her efficient and professional customer service. After a horrendous experience with another key service that took 72 hrs to resolve, Jess at A.Abbott Locksmiths resolved the issue in 3 minutes, sorting 8 keys to be cut. She explained the process, verified she had all keys and sorted it all within minutes. If you want honest service with excellent communication, I can't recommend A. Abbott Lockmiths enough, it was a breath of fresh air to find quality, professional customer service still exists. Thank you.

Terrible service!!

My house was broken into so I searched for a locksmith online to come replace the front door locks. Saw this company and figured with all the good reviews I’ll use them.

Called their number and was put through to the after hours number. Their technician asked me what I needed and I told him I needed the front door locks replaced, he asked what type of door locks and I had no clue what type of lock they were. So I said I’m not sure they’re just normal door locks and then he started carrying on about how there’s a million type of locks. I told him to hang on so I can find out to which he replied “nah I’m not taking the job find someone else”. After pulling the lock apart and finding what type of lock it was I called back and told him the type of lock which he replied “piss off I’m not coming out” and hung up again. I called back again and spoke my mind to your technician.

Sorry I didn’t know what type of lock it was, it came with the house I bought. I don’t sit there and analyse the different types of front door locks. You charge a call out fee, how about you come out and look at it and find out what type of lock it was so you could replace it instead of giving me attitude and hanging the phone up twice.

My family was in distress, our home was just broken into and out valuables along with my car was stolen while we were sleeping. There was no need for your attitude or behaviour adding onto our situation.

Rubbish service and poor attitude from your technician.

Very helpful advice, courteous after sales service...my garage bolt lock would not fasten..and i was dreading having to fork out money to get a locksmith out to repair.
After talking with a locksmith over the phone, he suggested it might be dirt clogging up the bolt hole...i cleaned it out, and it worked!

Organised a callout for a lockout over their chat system and the online assistant didn’t give a quote when asked. If $120 was the standard rate, why wasn’t that communicated? Also I wasn’t aware a locksmith was being diverted and if that increases the price then that should’ve been communicated too as I wasn’t in any rush. The locksmith was nice

Handy for key cutting.

We had a jammed window winder, so I phoned A Abbotts, who we used before for a broken lock. I was transferred to a technician who advised a free simple solution, which worked! I don't believe there are many businesses who would offer free advice and miss out on a call out fee! Thank you A Abbott Locksmiths for your honesty and integrity 😊
