Sapna is a clinical nutritionist and the founder of a delightful balance. She has an advanced diploma in nutritional medicine from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and is registered with the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS). Sapna’s love for food and interest in natural health led her to study nutrition. A mum of two kids, Sapna is passionate about balancing her family’s busy lives with their nutritional needs, creating delicious meals and helping them lead energetic happy lives.
