Delia has spent two decades immersed in the fascinating world of improving brain function by consuming specific nutrients, especially essential fatty acids. Having completed her Masters degree in Psychology, she discovered that nutrition had a significant role to play in mental health. She realized that no amount of talking can solve a problem caused by a nutritional deficiency.

Her passion has been to discover new ways to feed the brain that can reverse mental illness and ensure optimum mental acuity. In her quest to find the answers, she has engaged with over fifty of the world’s top researchers across twenty countries and reviewed thousands of papers from hundreds of journals. What she discovered is that when you feed your brain optimally, all sorts of other benefits stem from it.

By implementing specific changes to individual’s diets, including adding the correct mix of essential fats, she has witnessed significant improvements in wellbeing, from improved mental health to weight loss.

Delia is presently working towards her PhD with a focus on the role of specific nutrients in managing female stress, and has written two books, 'Feed Your Brain - 7 Steps to a Lighter, Brighter You!
