Sirong has been my beautician for over 10 years now. I have always found her to be very professional and knowledgable about skin care. She has a very caring manner and always strives for the best outcome for her customers. I highly recommend Sirong and her team to anyone who is looking for a beautician.

Terrible customer service. Unable to take appointment, rude, threatening to take me the customer to court if I didn't agree in advance to shell out $100 if I cancelled an appointment for any regardless of what the reason is, and even if I informed them in advance that I couldn't make it for some reason. That's not fair. And this is after I am a preferred customer who has paid up 700 in advance for loyalty for services. Turns out now they are happy to keep my money up front and then will keep charging me even if they don't provide any service to me. Feeling conned and swindled. This is not how business works. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

After trying a few beauty therapists in Hornsby, this is the one I've chosen to return to. I love the women here because they are perfectionists, friendly and genuine. I always feel comfortable with them. Sirong, the owner, has educated herself about skincare and as such the products are all natural. She'll bend over backwards to accommodate any request. I also love that she treats her staff well, which is probably a contributing factor to the almost non-existent staff turnover. The only thing I'd change is the slightly shabby towels etc but things are clean which is the important thing. Thank you Sirong, Beth and the team.

Very poor experience. Was sold products throughout the treatment and told that the job couldn't be done at once rather, I'd need to return for another appointment. Tricky sales tactic at the end where a higher price was charged. Only after I inquired about the website prices was it changed to the advertised amount. Spoke with skin care reps at DJs and they agreed I was shafted. Lesson learnt.
