A Man In Demand Removals

I did not have a great lead in time to arrange a move from the Central Coast to an interim stop in Newcastle and finally Jesmond.
I has a good idea of how long the job should take.
Armed with that we contacted several removalists, and was a bit stunned at their costings!
Until I contacted A Man in Demand, where I could see, they understood my job and needs, and gave us a fair quote.
Well, they turned up on time at 7.30am, two men, with a bit of character.
They safely loaded the truck, and were on their way to the interim stop.
From all feedback, they once again quickly and safely loaded the furniture.
Final stop, time to unload!
Once again, done efficiently, and a few jokes along the way.
Nothing broken!
The all up price was still fair, and still lower than the other quotes.
I'm happy.

Move at the best of times is very stressful, no matter how much you have to move and where ever your going. The administration staff are brilliant and accommodating to say the least. The two gentleman that turned up on the day, made my life so easy with a good laugh and peace of mind. Thank you Stephen and Milo. A man in Demand did a great job helping up move from the North Shore to the Central Coast! From the phone service to quote and book to the guys who moved us on the day, the job was handled really well. Leigh and Rob worked hard to move us quickly, safely and found good solutions to decrease the time it took to get the job done.
We were really happy with their friendliness, hard work and good sense of humour!

I found right from my first phone call, John was very helpful informative & pleasant to talk to.
On my moving day, we had agreed on a time to meet at the storage facility, which was 7.30.
The men were there before me,ready to go!
It's nice to know you can rely on a company to do as they say they will.
Both men were very nice, introduced themselves to me.
All went smoothly at the house too, they were very helpful all round., which really helps when the day could have been quiet stressful.

I would highly recommend A Man In Demand Removals....my experience was fabulous from the moment I contacted John to the day of my move. Based on my previous career roles I would rank the customer service provided by this company as exceptional.
Greg and Jason arrived right on time, walked through the house to understand what was to be removed and then efficiently loaded the van so everything, including mirrors and fragile goods, were secured effectively ..... I couldn't believe how they made EVERYTHING fit in and still have just enough room to add one last outdoor lounge setting into the van. After a 4 hour drive north they then unloaded everything efficiently into the right areas of the house and still kept their wonderful sense of humour throughout the day before making the trip back to the Central Coast. These guys made my move a breeze. Thank you guys so much for making the day painless and fun.

5 star service! We moved a couple of weeks ago from Woy Woy to Booker Bay and it literally only took 1.5 hrs all up! Very quick, efficient and professional. We have previously used services from Gumtree before who severely over charged us and "got lost" so it was really nice to finally use a reliable removalist! I will have no hesitation using this co. again! :-) thanks for making our move a lot less stressful!

I used A Man in Demand 7 years ago when I moved from Sydney to the Central Coast. They were amazing then, even the day after their Christmas party and a stinking hot day, so when my Mother relocated from Sydney last week, I chose to use them again because of how awesome their service was previously. They did not disappoint. From helping me with boxes and bubble wrap to moving all unwanted items outside my Mother's for council cleanup to unpacking at the Central Coast end, they were so helpful, happy and just terrific. I recommend them very highly for not just their service but also their affordability. Thanks everyone at A Man in Demand!!

Pathetic service. Turned up 3 hours late, damaged wooden floor during move and refused to accept responsibility...stay clear they are cowboys of the worst variety

I wished I had read the reviews before booking with A Man In Demand. My experience with this company earlier this week was very disappointing to say the least.
Telephone lines were taken down by the truck at two properties & a hole was left in the wall at the third property. Now we are left to clean up their mess! Not impressed at all.

Turned up on time, put a sign out the front of our property promoting themselves with no permission. The language was atrocious. They dropped the c word several times before even walking inside.
Got to new property.. things that were packed into the truck are missing.. things from kitchen utensils, to pillows.
Never recommend. Absolutely terrible service. Only thing they did right is turn up on time.

Perry was very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much to ask, and he took great care with our belongings. Five stars
