Had an issue with circuit breaker late at night and instead of charging for a call out walked me through what to do over the phone, as well as providing cheaper options in case that didn't work. Couldn't be happier.

After one of my circuit breakers (switches) in my fuse box blew spectacularly at 10:30pm, I called A1 Sparky as they had an advert in my local paper in the Southern Highlands, LatteLife.

Alex promptly answered at this late time and was very reassuring, professional and guided me to ensuring the produce in the fridge wouldn't go off with a few extension cords until someone could come in the morning instead of paying for a late night call-out fee.

At 7am on the dot (as promised), Edward from A1 Sparky arrived and replaced the circuit breaker within 10 minutes. The service was no fuss and superbly efficient. Best of all, an invoice was emailed instead of being muscled for cash onsite by most tradesmen.
