We started the day with a 24 Volt Light Truck Setup. The old previous setup consisted of two mix matched brands, mix matched cca and mix matched sizes which isn't ideal for the charging system.

This turbo which was off a customer's 180SX SR20DET Engine come in as a worn old HKS GT2835 aka GT3071.
The customer was after a upgrade rebuild on the turbo. A2R Batteries & Performance are official distributors of MMP Turbos The following was carried out.... • Brand New Ceramic Ball bearing cartridge • All worn parts replaced • Brand New Billet compressor wheel installed • Brand New Turbine wheel installed • VSR balanced • Machined and performance ported the compressor cover and garnet blasted the turbine housing and ceramic coated rear housing. • Installed upgrade Billet Waste gate actuator and set according.
