Avoid this company. They are exploitative of elderly people. My aunt who is in a nursing home was having a mechanized chair delivered from a local suburb to the home. She also wanted her old chair removed. We were quoted $180.00 for the complete job. When they delivered the new chair they said they would need an extra $75.00 to take the old one away. We had arranged this for her but they reneged on the quote. I feel this was a form of bullying to an 86 year old woman who is confined to her room. She paid the money but wasn't happy about the whole event. We called their office and the woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Also they demand cash only and don't supply receipts or written quotes. Very bad people.

First of all we called and asked if they accepted credit card, the lady on the phone clearly said yes we do. My daughter and husband heard her. We booked for 1pm , then at 1:30pm we get a call saying they only accept cash and will arrive at 2.30pm , we agreed because we were stuck.. We waited then they show up at 3pm already we feel it's going to be trouble me and my eldest daughter were the only ones home , they were fighting and yelling and had already broken the front of our apartments exit sign and lights , the two Asian men looked tempered and were throwing our furniture around like they were toys , me and my daughter looked at each other in shock and were too scared to say anything because we felt violated from the way they were aggressively attacking our furniture, our friends came over to say how disgusting it was that they were treating our items like crap and we called their boss for her to answer the phone saying "yes?" , they threw the slats of our $1400 day bed on our hard tiles, our fridges feet are broken , even people who've come over asks why it's crooked , they broke our entertainment unit , my daughters bed is cracked , my day bed is obviously damaged , they were very rough with the washing machine. They took 7 hours for literally 2 beds , a day bed ,a sofa , a fridge, a washing machine , 2 small IKEA drawers. Me and my husband brought the rest. Instead of working they sat most of the time and were on there phones .We booked for them to set up the beds and the washing machine , they both agreed to it . Then they came and said they were finished and we asked if they were going to set up the beds and the man angrily said 'no' and they ran out. We called the lady and she said if we pay an extra $70 they will do it, I said this was an unfinished service and they did a lousy job. She said she'll call me back, she never did. My upset daughter cried at the condition of her room and we were in shock , we've never had to deal with such a disgusting service . If they can't do their job properly why don't they go into another field instead of ripping people Off. This will be going to fair trading , please take my advice and don't hire these guys , unless you want to be over charged and you want your items to be broken , when we asked them about the fridge they said they don't understand English .. only when it's to their advantage. They understood us perfectly when it comes to their money. They even pretended not to hear so they don't have to move the furniture , I'm absolutely shocked , worst service ever!! Removalists from hell, forgot to mention we found our tables outside while we went for a drive

They give cheap price but they work very very slowly and at the end you will be paying heaps more. Also they ask $35 call out fees but will charge you $70 call out fees. Please don't waste your time and money with them.

I was prepared for them to use go-slow tactics being paid an hourly rate but I actually thought their work rate was decent. I helped the whole time to make sure things kept moving, and they didn't take unnecessary breaks.
Our lounges did come out grubby, with oil patches from their dirty truck, so they'll need cleaning.
One of the Jimmys decided the very end of the day was the time to haggle for more money, miscalculating the total, then when I corrected him, suggested I pay extra because they'd worked really hard.
It was a cheap price so I don't regret employing them, but if you do the same then ensure your couches have covers, and keep an eye on them so they work at a decent pace. Certainly wouldn't expect any professionalism.

Hi there, I used AAA Lucky Removals last year and had a great experience. They turned up on time and just didn't stop. Nothing was too big or too heavy for them. There was no damage and they even went back to the old house to get the last few things with no fuss. Our move was done in just a few hours. I highly recommend and in fact, we are using them again for a big move to NEWCASTLE...
