After some personal branding wise counsel (and a pretty penny) I was advised to title myself a"Revenue & Growth Digital Expert with real-world experience in exec and advisory functions" -Wow - but if I'm brutally blunt, wise counsel, it's 2017, the swish titles and crafty buzz words are dead. Personally, I think my best titles are Clever Cookie, Top Dad, BBQ Wiz and Gentle Giant. However, bull and buzz aside, what's my secret sauce? I'm a Big Thinking Problem Solver. An authentic and refined ENTP by design, I pride myself on being the best and playing to win. My point of difference is very clear; I've had well known 'boots on ground' exposure at the helm enjoying the usual big wins but MOST importantly i've championed some spectacular flops (to put it nicely). This enables me to add crucial and actionable value to the organisations I engage. I thrive during chaos, dream big by default and I'm great at repairs (the ugly numbers kind). Having cut my teeth in the razorwire world of BPO I balance cost management, sustainable scaling and profitability with ease. I empower leaders and show change agents the way. Most of the time I can be found rambling the statement "multiple dreams, multiple teams" over an espresso somewhere other than an office.
