This beautiful shop is a step back into history. The family orientated customer service is warm and very friendly. The amazing array of jewellery is quaintly amplified by the delicate pieces of Sterling Silver and antique China. Love love love visiting whenever I'm on the coast.

I have been a customer of the ladies at Avoca Beach Antiques for years now. They are lovey, a such a pleasure to deal with! Given their comprehensive knowledge and experience of history and antiquities I highly trust and value their expertiese.
They are always happy to show and tell a story about an object of interest, or offer mysyery items to guess.

Dear Sirs, am amazed at a revue i have just read regarding Avoca Antiques.
I am one of the few remaining suppliers to the trade of antique and estate jewellery all around Australia and have been involved in that way with this company for over 30 years and 3 generations of the family who own the business. Over that time i have supplied them with thousands of items from around the world, antique jewellery and silverware ect, to deal with this amount of goods over this amount of time you have to have knowledge and integrity, which they have . I have no idea what the problem is with the people who wrote the previous revue, however i would say that it's very easy to level an anonymous charge.
Avoca Antiques have been supplying the local community of both Beecroft and Avoca for many many years, no company is infallible that's for sure, however if they had a problem that was of their making they would have fixed it.

***Do not trust this business***
My wife had to deal with this company relating to a purchase and return of a ring. Their knowledge of antiques is nonexistent. The business is a low level pawn broker at best, not an antique jeweler.
The staff and owner proved to be dishonest and threatening throughout a prolonged 4 month period.
My wife ultimately had to report the business to Fair Trading. Avoca are well known to Fair Trading! The business rejected all of Fair Tradings requests. This has resulted in lodging proceedings with the Tribunal. It also appears the business is happy to publish fake reviews which I have reported to Google.

My wife and I always have an amazing experience. The ladies that work here are extremely helpful and their knowledge of antique jewellery is on par. And if they don't know something or are unsure they are always honest and always came back to us with the information. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family and will always purchase from them.
