Ababy Baby Superstore

I initially posted the below feedback and would like to edit my review. Almost immediately after posting my review the staff at Ababy were working on resolving it!

They promptly sent out another buffalo fabric for me which was in perfect condition and what was even more thoughtful was an extremely kind inclusion of a box of chocolates! Especially warming when you're 7 months pregnant! So thankyou Ababy. I look forward to making further purchases on your site & hopefully in store as well! I will also gladly recommend to all my mummy friends!

I feel as though Ababy has the potential to be a very good baby store. I recently placed an order for a bugaboo seat fabric and although the service was great and delivery quick my after order service has not been up to standard. Upon receiving my new fabric I noticed there are permanent markings on the buckle which are extremely noticeable. Obviously when purchasing bugaboo products you expect excellent quality considering the cost. I have sent an email to customer support but have not heard anything, which is quite disheartening. I would really appreciate a resolution to this matter. My review would have definitely been higher if this issue had of been resolved.

My first experience with Ababy was negative, as the staff sold me a baby seat that wasn't appropriate for my sons age and weight. So I had to purchase another new seat, and after waiting approx 6 weeks for stock and still no phone call to inform me of the progress of my order. Chased the order up myself and was told that my seat had already been picked up by someone (not me), finally found my car seat eventually. There won't be a third time shopping in this shop. I hear there's an awesome baby shop in husky. I will go there. Poor customer service and lack of customer follow up has let them down. 😠

Always have friendly and helpful service when I stop in or call. Being a commitment phobe, it took me several visits and conversations with staff before I felt comfortable purchasing a baby car seat. At no time did I feel pressured or made to feel like I was a nuisance. I also like that I can shop local or online. Great range, great prices (with a variety of payment options!) & great staff!

I ordered a Bugaboo wheeled board which unfortunately was missing the adaptors when it arrived. I received a prompt and apologetic response immediately when I sent an online enquiry and Ababy have been diligent in keeping me informed as they have sought to resolve this issue. The ongoing communication and ultimate response from ABaby in the resolution of this issue far exceeded my expectations and exemplifies excellent customer service.

Great service, huge range and offered me a great deal on postage as I was from out of the area. It's hard to find a store that offers an in store range of twin prams. Ababy had a large range and was very helpful.

Kiddywinkles Baby Shop first opened in 2005, in a 300 square metre shop on central avenue in South Nowra, connected to a Play Centre.
Due to our range of products getting larger we started running out of room, so we took the big leep into moving into a bigger store. In February 2012 we moved into a huge (1000 square metre) bright warehouse on the Princes Highway in South Nowra.
We now offer over 10,000 different products as well as a very busy hire & layby service. We layby for 6 months and at sale price! We hire nearly everything, which includes; capsules, car seats, boosters, portacots, strollers, carriers and more. Due to hygiene laws we do not hire out breast pumps or baths. This hire service is only avaliable for instore.
Our Kiddywinkles Staff offer nothing but excellent customer service and knowledge on every product.

So impressed by the staffs help and stores great products! Couldn't have left more happy!!
