Most awful customer service I've ever experienced. First place I visited and most certainly will not be going back. Did not enjoy having the veil ripped off my head and made to feel like an inconvenience. I wasn't even greeted with a smile. I wouldn't be recommending this place to anyone either.

Great service. Suzanne really helped me to find my dream dress. She recommended the perfect styles for me. I found the one within an hour! (after previously visiting other stores in Sydney).

I will be recommending Abbey bridal to everyone I know! Walking in we felt extremely welcomed. My and my daughters opinions we're respected and regarded highly. All the staff members were so lovely, esp Suzanne and Amani, who we dealt with directly.
My daughter walked out so happy, which makes me happy.

Fabulous experience. After being turned away from several OTHER bridal stores for not having my mother/bridal party with me, I had such a wonderful experience at Abbey Bridal. Suzanne made time to fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. She let me try on the styles I liked but then also recommended what would look good with my body shape. I ended up buying a dress *far* under the price I had budgeted for. I also wasn't pressured into buying anything - I bought it because I started crying when I tried the dress on hahahha :) It was such an easy and awesome experience. Would highly recommend this place as they have beautiful dresses that won't cost your life savings and I found the service professional and helpful.

I walked into Abbey Bridal without an appointment on a busy Saturday afternoon but the friendly staff managed to squeeze me into their fully booked out schedule. I didn't expect to buy anything that day but the staff were very helpful and I found my dream dress after my first fitting. I walked out a happy customer with my beautiful wedding gown! Big thanks to Armani and Suzanne for making my shopping experience a breeze!

I'm quite shocked that there are a couple of one stars written up about this place. Abbey Bridal was the best place in Sydney we visited. My bride (I'm a good friend writing this review) had a budget of $1500 (quite low in wedding dress terms) and not once were we made to feel "inadequate". Suzanne (our assistant) was so accommodating and so helpful and did not go over our budget at all (unlike other stores we have visited). We came out with a beautiful fitting (and in budget) dress. The service was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Highly recommend Abbey Bridal. I was served by Suzanne and Amanie and they are just so lovely. Suzanne listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted and didn't waste my time with dresses outside my budget. The shop and dresses are beautifully presented and my mum, sister and I were made to feel so comfortable (unlike other places in this building which had so many customers and too little staff). Overall the experience was everything I wanted, I didn't feel pressured, I found my dream dress and I can't wait for my next fitting. Thank you Suzanne and Amanie!

Really disappointing and absolutely no reason why they wouldn't return a headpiece bought 1 week ago. Not used, tags attached & wouldn't even talk about exchange. What possible policy advantage does a business have in behaving this way? I'll pass on my disappointment with this experience to friends and family for months and years. Thank goodness we didn't trust Abbey in buying the Wedding Dress from them.

Abby Bridal. One of the absolute worst experiences you will ever have. When you walk in the door the women at the front counter immediately begin judging you. If they don't believe that you are of a certain breeding and monetary background they basically ignore you. Your opinion on what you'd like to wear on your special day holds no value. We gave the woman plenty of advice on what styles the bride was after which were completely ignored. We, the bridesmaids and maid of honour, were told to sit down quite rudely as we were stressing the staff out by wanting to pull dresses for the bride as we knew what she was looking for. The sales woman eventually put the bride in a princess ball gown the complete opposite of what she was after and ignore her continued opinion that she hated it and never wanted to put it on. She then proceeded to put a veil over her head and try to push her into buying a dress she was completely uncomfortable with. Once the sales woman realized that her opinions were not what the bride wanted AT ALL she then told her to get dressed and maybe try back in a few weeks when "larger sizes" might be available. All in all this experience left the bride, one of my best friends, in tears and a stress rash and her final thoughts were to maybe try something with black in the dress in it because based on the brides personality (she spoke to her directly for all of 45 seconds) she likes dramatic dresses and black would look great on her wedding day. I cannot say enough that this place is the absolute WORST place to buy the wedding dress they are unhelpful rude and judgmental preferring to ignore your opinions rather than listen to your thoughts.

Suzanne was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest and highly experienced. I'm not a small girl so went in thinking I wouldn't have many options.. I didn't really know what I was looking for. She looked at my body shape and picked out the dress she thought would be flattering. Long story short. I didn't need to try on any other dresses (even though she had also picked others). I had found the one!! I just had my final fitting with Suzanne. I can't wait for the groom to see me. I feel like an absolute goddess in the dress. In all my dealings with Abbey Bridal the service has been wonderful. I also had dealings with Amani over the last few months, she is super accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend family and friends in the future.

Today I was a walk-in customer at Abbey Bridal and I had just come from a previously booked appointment with another bridal shop where my experience was less than exciting. I was actually feeling quite upset and not really in the mood to try on dresses after the first bad experience but as soon as I walked into Abbey Bridal I was greeted with a smile by the lovely lady behind the desk. We were informed that they were completely booked out but if I put my name down and waited around an hour or two they would squeeze me in. I had my mum and sister with me and we decided to wait just incase I found a dress!

After about an hour of waiting we were told Suzanne would take care of me even though she had another appointment booked in but she would attend to both of us and she did just that. She asked me what dresses I liked and we went around the shop and I showed her exactly what dresses I fancied and she let me try on all of the ones I chose without hesitation. As this was my first time trying on wedding dresses she helped me with the decision making process with some tips to help me decide and with her help I found my dress which I absolutely love. She was honest and told us to go and have lunch and think about it if I needed time and then come back but I was so happy with the dress that I decided to get it then and there.

The service was incredible, the prices are excellent and I would recommend Abbey Bridal to anyone. Unlike my first experience in Eternal Bridal where there were way too many people booked in at the same time so you didn't even have room to look at any of the dresses, they had very little stock available to try on compared to what is advertised on their website and I was made to feel like I couldn't afford any of the dresses in there. It was very pretentious and unwelcoming. Abbey Bridal turned my day around and I couldn't thank the staff enough, especially Suzanne for her help. 10 out of 10!

I had the best experience ever! Suzanne is just delightful and has the best eyes for a wedding dress, she managed to find my dream dress in less than 48hs, her team is amazing and they provide you the best customer services ever. I highly recommend her services and Abbey Bridal to any bride who is seeking for an extra attention and some honest feedback. These guys ROCK! After much researching, searching and trips to various stores, I came to Abbey Bridal and on my second visit there in early January, I found my dream dress. Suzanne gave me fantastic customer service, was honest with her opinion and to be quite frank, was really warm and receptive to the multiple questions I had.

It's not an easy task finding a wedding dress let alone finding a consultant who is honest, helpful and does their best to assist without being pushy.

Thank you Suzanne for your customer service as well as the ladies at the desk who were responsive and able to schedule me in at short notice. I cannot wait to get the call in a few months to say my dress is ready for collection :)

I've had such a great experience at Abbey Bridal. My primary consultant has been Jessica and she is always so patient and manages to fit me in and give me just the right amount of attention and service. She has never been pushy and the team at Abbey Bridal is very friendly. The only downside is like with most other places the fact photos are not allowed. This makes it a little difficult when one wants to get the advice and opinion of someone who resides in the U.K. Overall though, thanks so much for being so understanding of me trying so many different dresses and styles on. I would definitely recommend Abbey Bridal and Jessica.

I went to Abbey Bridal last week with my Mum and MOH for what was to be my first and last day of wedding dress shopping. I was so lucky to have Suzanne assisting me to find my dress. Initially I described a few things I liked the idea of and right away she pointed out a dress that she thought would tick all the boxes. After trying on a few similar dresses we worked our way around to the dress Suzanne had originally pointed out for me. I tried it on and knew instantly that it was the one. Suzanne felt the mood change and knew I needed to try this dress with a veil! The entire experience was so pleasant and personal. Nothing was a trouble, even when I went well beyond our 1 hour consultation. On top of the service the dress prices are so reasonable! Thank you so much ladies! I'll be recommending you to everyone!
