Planning lots of decking for our house currently being constructed. I have visited scores of timber suppliers websites, showrooms and stores for ideas and help. All of them fall short with customer service, most cannot bothered to get out of the chair and help you. EXCEPT Abbey Timber. The team member could not have been more helpful or more pleasant to deal with today; provided information, ideas, watchout's, do's and don'ts. Superb service and great user friendly website. I will be buying all my needs for decking, retaining wall, hardware from them. They have another customer and I will refer others to them without delay. 🙏

We have been slowly laying floorboards throughout our home over the past few years, and have purchased all our Tassie Oak from Abbey Timber. They have been absolutely wonderful every time - the flooring is top quality, and way cheaper than anywhere else. The staff, particularly Andrew and Michael have been incredibly helpful; they are very knowledgeable about all kinds of timber and projects, and offer sound advice. Very highly recommended!

Paid tolls and drove all the way to the store on Saturday to find out that it’s closed. Please update your working hours if you decide to close.
Updated review - we ended up buying somewhere else but I appreciate the reply. It’s totally fine closing whenever needed as long as it’s updated so people don’t travel unnecessarily
