About Ability Options
Ability Options provide employment and disability services. We support people who need assistance to achieve their aspirations and inclusion in the community. We operate services to support people with disabilities and those whose lives are changed as a result of accidents, unemployment and disadvantage. Our disability services support people with accommodation, respite care, support co-ordination, community services and therapy. Our employment services assist job seekers, including parents, indigenous communities, school leavers and people with disability to find work and maintain work. We pride ourselves on delivering a person centred approach which emphasises the individual's right and opportunity for choice and self-determination, empowering people to achieve their aspirations and goals and to live life to their full potential.

Parking is ridiculous!
and suite 13 is just above the stairs - if you come up lift you don't even see it.
my appt was at one and I've been waiting 20 mins in their open layout office metres away from lady I'm meeting as she takes personal calls and deals with other cases and chats to collegues.
I was on time and she isn't even working on my stuff and I'm hearing personal stuff.
just sitting in the middle of a weird office.
I'm not even a customer yet...
do these people know I can choose someone else?
when i was there. What can I say another government scheme gone wrong, if you like a place with staff who are so over worked and so desensitised to the plight of the customers they server well this is the place for you.
As far as I understand this is not the place of welfare support that I signed up for.
There seems to be plenty of hurdles for me to jump when I participate in activities but little in the way of me acquiring, meaningful education or sustainable employment and there seems to be little in the way of understanding my needs or barriers to employment.
There seems to be an agenda that has nothing to do with me being dealt with fairly or with decency.
when I'm there I get the impression I'm a waste of money or wasting there money to deal with me.
Over all a high volumed customer base with low value for customer.
