Terrible experience of the cake i had ordered for my daughters birthday party.. had ordered a chocolate mud cake and they gave us a strawberry cake with some vanilla base which was a disaster.. We had asked one of our friend to collect the cake and the store made him wait for 1hr and 15 mins as they could not find fhe cake.. when they got the cake the toys on the cake had fallen all over the cake and the staff giving the cake smiles and says that we are not the best in icings.. Damn if you are not the best then why do u charge such an exorbitant price.. When we saw the cake we were totally devastated.. We decided to call Ablas and complain abt it.. the staff instead of apologising were trying to defend themselves.. they said tht we had to wait to collect the cake as the cake was in factory and it took time to bring the cake in the store.. we said tht if we hv pre ordered and comitted on the timings; you shd hv adhered to.. after all the arguments; they said to bring the cake and refund the money.. the worst part is tht in the whole argument there was not even a single apology from their side.. whosoever reads my post; please think twice before ordering from Ablas; unless you want to spoil your party.. All our friends who had came for our party were shocked to see what Ablas had done.. infact one of my friend was planning to order for her upcomong birthday party; hv dropped the idea of Ablas and considering other options..
