Love the coffee and food....a great alternative to the regular supermarket with a very niche difference. Great range for the organically minded.

used to love this place! now its changed and half the store has gone, most products i used to buy non existent, even the staff are clueless as to whats going on. They make the best coffee though have to mention that. I honestly think they have made a huge mistake making the changes that they have recently...the store was perfect the way it was previously...good luck with business i will never be coming back there again

Always getting orders wrong. Service takes forever if it's even slightly busy. No food is edible for me on their menu (I'm gluten and dairy free) and anything I can eat is over priced. The supermarket is always out of stock of items I need, they over charge for everything, and now I have found out they've stopped stocking a number of the items I actually do buy. Pointless shop. Unhelpful staff. Only one male is any good. Can't believe they're still in business.

Great for finding alternative grocery food items e.g. gluten free, non dairy, organic. The hot food bar is usually great for lunch but can sometimes be dry and have a poor dish selection at around 5-6pm if you're looking for a fast dinner option.

A health nuts dream. With vegan, vegetarian and paleo options. Coffee is decent depending on which barista is on. Smoothies are good, but expensive. The food bar is definitely worth a look/try.

Wide range of products - one of the few places in Sydney that stocks the bread I like.

I used to come here regularly - the staff are friendly and the food pretty good, but the standard seems to have slipped a bit in recent months. A good range of self-service stuff and decent menu options, but there's not much sit-down table space and it's a bit messy/sloppy when it gets busy

Smaller than the other About Life stores, however parking is reasonably easy and the store doesn't lack content compared with the larger stores.
