Not helpful at all. We were interested in a property and requested more information. Luke clearly doesnt want our business as he was short in his email and couldnt even be bothered to offer to send me more images! He said the images on the stayz website were adequate. I wouldnt have emailed him to enquire if i didnt need more information. Since reading the other reviews im now really glad we wont be booking that property! Given this company is based in another state from the property we were looking at, and Luke's nonchalance, i can only assume they dont care for our business... and if i owned the property i wouldnt ever let a company like this manage my investment.
