Accord Consulting was founded in 2001 to assist organisations in achieving alignment between strategic direction and employee skills.

Today, Accord Consulting is providing services in 12 countries, having both local and global organisations among our client base across a wide range of industries and sectors including manufacturing, telco, financial and government.

Using a three step approach, Accord Consulting help companies to identify and achieve meaningful business goals. Initially, working with business leaders, we provide facilitation expertise to assist the business in establishing clear direction, purpose and organisational objectives.

Secondly, having established clear goals and timelines, we assist the business leaders in communicating that vision to their teams in a way that generates passion, trust, willingness and buy-in. The outcome we seek is Employee Engagement and we know that this is achieved through effective Leadership. We therefore work with the leaders in coaching, personal support, behavioural analysis and training.

The third phase looks at the existing competencies and capabilities within the organisation. The intention in this phase is to identify gaps that might impact upon the achievement of the vision and goals, addressing these gaps through effective training and development programs.
