my mother used this company to move, everything was fine until the truck arrived, they would not park the close to the house instead parked much further away than needed (we were paying by the hour), despite easy access for a HR truck. they stole jewelry from us, the police had to be called, a gold chain worth $3500 was stolen. they charged us for all the time that was spent on the job and the job was never completed in full including the time spent were the police searched them and the truck. all up including stolen jewelry costs us almost $5000. we then had to organise other removalists to finish the job. dont ever use them

These guys are fantastic. From the ease of receiving a tailored quote, to the friendly manner and hard work on the day of the moving, the service was consistently outstanding. It was raining heavily on the day, but all my furniture was delivered in perfect condition, including my precious glass dining table and curved TV. I moved to a 2 level (plus underground garage) house and these guys carried heavy furniture upstairs, always with a friendly and respectful manner. Due to the rain, it took probably longer than expected (approximately 6 hours) to complete the removal, but everyone worked really hard no matter how long it took. It was worth the price. I would certainly recommend them!
