I purchased the Yeti 400 and Nomad 20 Solar Panel for my husband's Birthday in October, and this was only possible thanks to Kesley at Action Gear Australia in Newcastle. I spent 2 weeks trying to find these specific items as I knew they were top of the range but had no luck as everyone I spoke to said that new stock wouldn't arrive to Australia until the beginning of November.

I came across the number for Kesley through Google and thank god I did because somehow he managed to locate the two specific items and organized to have them personally delivered by the director of Goal Zero, Adrian, to our front door on my husbands Birthday - gift wrapped by the team! We also received full product training from Adrian. I felt the team were really determined to find these products for us and have them delivered in time - just a few days from the first call to delivery date!
Thank you so much to the team at Goal Zero for going above and beyond for us!! We will be back - my husband loves his new toys!
