Andrew has been my mechanic for years. Not only does he do a great job, he explains what was done, why and if anything else will be needed to be done and in priority order so that you can budget for future expenses. He kept my old car running for much longer than I thought possible. AND the car is washed before being returned. My housemate and my partner have now become his customers too.

First visit! A quick rego check at short notice on a Saturday at a convenient time. Very helpful :)

Extremely honest mechanic.

What a wonderful experience I would highly recommend Andrew and the team. Andrew took the time to explain everything to me before and after my service, it was so refreshing to treated as customer and not just as a number. If all that wasn't enough when I went to pick up my car it had been cleaned!!!! Old fashion service at it's best, I would never go anywhere else.

They have always been genuine and helpful. Was so hard to find a trustful mechanic in the blue mountains but these guys are the best. They have never tried to get money out of me like a lot of other mechanics.

Always helpful. Dont speak to you like you're an idiot because you are female. Great job, good prices. Always happy with these guys. My husband, mother, sister and nieces go to Active Automotives and now my son (who lives on the Central Coast) has a new car, he'll be arranging his services here as well ... because they're a business we all trust. Andrew and his staff go out of their way to help.
