Active Back Care

I've seen Ashleigh for tight muscles in my lower back and left leg, after being to GP and another physio multiple times with absolutely no relief. I was beginning to lose hope that it would ever improve again. After 2 appointments at Active Back my pain level was finally coming down and I was able to feel hopeful again. She used a myriad of treatment modalities, instead of just giving me exercises and sending me on my way.

Lack of parking, ever increasing prices and a very ordinary chiropractor

The only Physio that works on Sunday. I had few treatment here over last 3 year and so far physio are good.

Can't recommend them highly enough - great team of Chiros especially Cherine. I have been coming here for many years now and love coming to my appointments. It has made such a difference to my lifestyle.

Rubbish... Massage therapist was a nice person but thats not why we went there... my wife went for a massage due to pain in lower back and the therapist kept asking her where the pain is for 30mins and then said "that's all we have time for today". On top of that she kept insinuating that her massage has already made my wife feel better.. and the missus was polite enough to say she cant feel any difference. Paid $42... for nothing... Next day took her to another massage place and they gave her proper massage for an hour for $60... Would recommend any Chinese massage place over this one...

I was a bit sceptical of the fact that they had so many 5 star reviews and nothing else (too good to be true popped through my head) however my experience has been great. I was given a personalised rehabilitation plan that clearly outlined what I needed to do each day of my 5 week rehab. Jessica knew her stuff and made the experience great. Will be going back next time something goes wrong!
