Al and Donna at Active Batteries have always been very helpful to me when I have used their business. The prices are lower than other shops and the batteries always last a long time, they are lovely people and I would recommend them to anyone

The prices are more than fair and they have a large range of top quality products.

Good old fashion Customer Service from this friendly Husband & Wife team. A pleasure to deal with & very reasonable cost for my car battery which i didn't have to install myself! . I would highly recommend getting your battery from them & supporting this local business.

Disgusting. Alan talked himself up while replacing 2 new deep cell batteries on my 24 volt solar system. He hooked the wires up wrongly and my system became 12 volt. Which blew up two of my red arcs ( 24 volt to 12 volt converter and my start battery protection) . When I told him he was all apologetic and I had to go to 3 auto electricians before it was fixed. He then blamed the auto elecs for the damage and refused to reimburse any of the 8 hundred bucks it cost me. And one red arc I have not replaced yet, thats another four hundred dollars. He did have to replace one of the batteries he installed because he cooked it by putting it in wrong. I wouldnt trust that sleazebag with my torch battery after my experience. And he is very welcoming on arrival. Just a man who doesnt take responsibility for his mistakes.
