Activnation Strength And Conditioning Description
ActivNation Strength and Conditioning is a personal training and strength training outfit operating out of the world class 'Project Warrior' training Facility in Wollongong, Australia.
We take a holistic approach to our programming, focussing on mostly traditional strength exercises and compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses, kettlebells and Olympic lifting) to build strength and speed. Running, sleds, ropes, boxing and various other elements are used to improve general and sports specific fitness.
Services on offer include:
- Sports specific strength and conditioning (esp. rugby, swimming, soccer and hockey)
- Olympic weightlifting
- 1 on 1 Personal training
- Small group classes
- Monthly Strength and Fitness programming (external)
- Nutrition and Healthy eating plans
There are no contracts or hidden costs, just a simple hourly fee. Packages are available and can be tailored on request.
