Really bad customer service in terms of chasing up delivery times and actually getting back to you. When I bought my entertainment unit over a month ago, was told it would be delivered within a week. Called up and enquired a total of 6 times within 3 weeks and no one instore including the manger knew what was happening. Numerous times they would promise me they would get back to me and yet no one would and after a month of still calling up chasing my item it's been told that it was actually sent from Melbourne to Sydney depot end of September yet I still haven't been in contact regarding delivery and it's now end of October ! No one in store seemed to take any responsibility and blamed the outsourced delivery company but took no initiative to chase them up and get back to me. Still no one knows what is happening and I still haven't gotten any answer for my entertainment unit. Will not buy from them if I had known this would happen.
