Now home to many business's including Hillsong Church, Virgin Active Norwest, ResMed, Novotel Sydney Norwest, The Hills Shire Council, Il Lago Italian Restaurant and just to name a few.

Located between Bella Vista and Baulkham Hills the Business Park has plenty to offer those that seek a quieter environment away from the Sydney CBD but still experience some "hustle and bustle" during the day - accommodation, local restaurants to enjoy a night out and about, fresh air and parks (not all of the green paddocks went away) and we are still growing!

Norwest Business Park is getting a Train station!
As we paitently wait for this project to be completed, we do have to put up with some small disruptions to the traffice in the area (as mentioned in the attached article)
The wait will be worth it though - trains every 4 minutes on weekdays and a 48 minute journey into Wynyard station

Modern decor and big rooms with some basic kitchen facilites. Friendly staff and in house restaurant is good.

Highly recommend adina hotel! Amazing room service! Wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t leave the hotel, staff at reception offered to go to the super market and grab supplies. Very grateful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is fantastic and tasty!!! HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

I was delivering pizza to one of the customers who is staying in the Adina Apartment Hotel, it was very easy to locate & access, and staff @ the front desk were very friendly.

Class service, modern and far better than expected. Super quiet. Great value for money.
