Ae Fitness "Activenergy" Description

Do you want to improve your fitness and lifestyle and get more out of life? Wake up feeling fitter and more energetic?

I can’t promise you that I will make your life perfect, but I do promise that I will improve your overall fitness and sense of well-being.

My name is Anastasia – please call me Ana. Why choose me?

I want to assure you that you are making an excellent decision in choosing me as I have been successful in experiencing weight loss first hand through lifestyle changes including exercise and better food choices. (Check it out for yourself – have a look at the before and after photos) I am happy to discuss this with you in more detail if you would like.

What to expect from my classes?
You can always expect to receive a fun and energetic workout – nothing less. Although, I do realise exercise can be a chore for most of us, I try to keep the sessions fun so you enjoy exercising. The classes are designed for those who are serious about fitness but who also want to have fun along the way.

You will also meet fun like minded people. Let’s face it, it’s always nice to meet new people, especially when they have similar interests.

What long term benefits can I expect?
As you continue with my exercise classes you will experience all the benefits of exercise which includes better focus, increased energy, increased cardio and body strength. If you also try to eat healthy you will benefit from lean muscle and reduce your body fat. Let’s be honest – we would all like to achieve this.

What does each session involve?
Session classes vary from hard core boot camp to fun and energetic step classes. I cater for both female only as well as mix male /female session. Times of sessions can be viewed on my monthly timetable.

What is the cost?
Introductory "Special Offer"
$50 introductory special offer for members who join in the months of October, November or December 2012.
**This amount will not increase if you are committed and continue to pay month by month membership. Permits unlimited access to all classes on timetable. When you compare this to any other BbootCamp around, that is a huge saving of $200 per month.

Casual visits at a low cost of $12 per visit

10 session pass $100 which must be used within 2 months of purchase.

Monthly Membership will increase in 2013 for new members or members who have not renewed membership for more than one month.

This permits unlimited sessions to BootCamp and allows you full access to all classes throughout your membership term.

Personal Training (booking required):

$30 - 1 /2 hour one on one session
$50 - 1 hour one on one session
$25pp - 1 /2 hour with one partner or friend
$40pp - 1 hour with one partner or friend
Nutrition Consultation overview of one week $20
