From when I walked in without an appointment to the day she said yes, the customer service has been impeccible.

Giuseppe took the time to educate me on diamonds and patiently helped me choose the perfect ring.

We'll be back for our wedding bands.

The service and value for money at Affinity Diamonds was excellent! Giuseppe was very friendly and informative when it came to diamonds and engagement rings. Booking appointments was quick and easy and my girlfriend and I are very satisfied with the original ring they made for us. Their added services are also very good; they included a independent valuation in the price, re-sized the ring to ensure it fitted correctly after I gave it to my girlfriend, and have promised to provide free annual polishes going forward. I would highly recommend Affinity Diamonds to anyone shopping for specialist jewellery.

Giuseppe was an absolute dream to deal with right from the first email consultation to meeting him in person and the diamond education lesson he walked me through before making the purchase. He was very informative and understanding of exactly what I was after without pressuring me into a sale. If you are considering buying your engagement ring from Affinity Diamonds, just do it! My fiance and I were referred to Sam by a friend who's friend had also purchased her ring there, and I am so glad we were! Sam was amazing from the second we walked into the office. He spent time with us to show us the 4 C's in detail and was so patient with me as I tried on a million different styles. He was not pushy or snobby and was accommodating to all of our requests. When I got my ring (after only a matter of days) it was a touch too small, and Sam was able to make it the right size the next day! My ring is so beautiful, it sparkles and when I look at it I feel good because we had such a seamless experience with Affinity Diamonds. I will recommend Sam and his team to everyone that asks, I just hope that as they grow they keep that special personalized touch which makes them such a pleasure to deal with. This place is by far the BEST and most outstanding with customer service, handmade craftsmanship, education, customer assurance and of course...price. My partner and I went earlier this year to select the centre stone and create the setting. Every step of the way was guided with ease and great knowledge. I was given the best surprise and Christmas gift Christmas morning with a proposal from the love of my life. Love the fact that the ring was able to be made but still a surprise! We'll be back to get our wedding rings made in the near future.
