Remedial & Sports Massage
Includes therapies applicable to needs of the client which may include muscle warm up, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, tapotement, use of heat and /or TENS machine & PNF stretching techniques.
30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $85

Relaxation Massage
Includes use of relaxation music, aromatherapy, & Swedish massage techniques.
30 minutes (half body): $45
60 minutes (full body): $85

Corporate Packages
Seated massages, or massages using a table, focusing on areas of tension commonly found in the shoulder /neck area. Length or massages can also be tailored to client needs.
