AgVance Farming Pty Ltd was launched in 1999 by 13 progressive farming enterprises operating in the southern half of the Liverpool Plains in NSW.
Agvance Description
The group has grown from this base to now encompass 22 businesses and around 50, 000 ha of cropping country, plus substantial amounts of grazing country. The company was formed to take its members beyond the conventional and establish them at the cutting edge of agriculture.
AgVance Farming prides itself on being an organisation run by farmers for farmers. Each member has a voice in the organisation and is critical in its development and success. Members receive weekly newsletter updates about containing relevant information about cropping, pasture, industry development, research and grower trials. The group hosts field days and bus tours, as well as pre and post season meetings for growers.
