I have had to send photos through now 3 times of the broken spring protruding from out mattress that cut my husband's leg it has been a month... Warranty process is ridiculous very poor customer service hoping the lady I spoke to today can help.

THE MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY I HAVE DELT WITH WITH A SUBORDINARY CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. I REQUESTED A NEW BED AS THE BED THAT I ORDERED AND HAD DELIVERED WAS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO HAVE THE BED COLLECTED AND A LOANER BED DELIVERED THE LOANER BED IS 50 TIMES WORSE THAN THE BED THAT I ASKED TO HAVE REPLACED.
I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AN AH BEARD BED AGAIN ABSOLUTE RUBBISH BEDS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND HAS COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS.

NOW I'M STUCK WITH THIS RUBBISH MATTRESS AND AM DESPERATE TO GET IT OUT OF MY HOUSE. I'M CALLING ACCC IN THE AM AND WILL TAKE THIS ALL THE WAY !!!!!

I would love to sleep through the night, unfortunately we bought a king coil from AH beard and its is the worst money spent ever!
We are now sleeping on what feels like a floor because they have our overpriced mattress in to be repaired twice now from massive sagging problems
We are not overweight people
The mattress is a lemon.
We have spent months without our mattress so they can try and fix it!
Please give us our money back.

Terrible! Just had two of the rudest and most unhelpful people from AH Beard deliver a mattress to my home. I had organised, prior to delivery, that the men would move the old mattress to the room next door and was advised that this would not be a problem. Yes it was! The two strapping med flat out refused to help move the old mattress just a few meters to the bedroom next door. They complained they'd been doing removal work all morning and were not doing another thing. I calmly and politely advised them that this had been approved by AH Beard but still they refused. I hope A H Beard are aware of the significant damage that these two employees can wreck on their brand as these two guys did a grand job of that, they just didn't do what they were paid to do.

I purchased an AH Beard King Coil Flexi Gel King size mattress from 40 Winks in Caringbah.
The first few months were fantastic but unfortunately it didn't last long. The bed has sunk and I wake everyday with a sore back. I am reluctant to spend a another 3K on a mattress after this.
The representatives of AH Beard came to my house to assess the mattress but informed me the bed was 5mm within the limits and to have them come out and assess the bed again when it's worse... so I am to break my back in the mean time.
Unsatisfactory!

Forty Winks Caringbah sold me a medium (AH Beard) Kingcoil mattress and after sleeping on it for more than 4 hours becomes very soft and doesn't give support. They came to see the bed and blamed the bed frame saying "it was not strong enough" but that is just their scapegoat so they don't have to give a refund. The bed frame and slats are solid as a rock.

Michael also said "You need a better mattress protector because it makes the bed more firm". Are you f'n kidding? A mattress protector what is needed to make a $2k bed work properly. Give me a break.

I expressed my worries about the beds becoming too soft before I purchased and they said nothing about the foam becoming flimsy after 1 month of sleeping on the mattress and the fact that parts of your body would sink into the bed causing a huge groove which is totally unsupportive.

Our mattress after a month feels nothing like the one you try it in the shop and they don't really care after they get your $.

I will never buy from Forty Winks again and I will never buy another AH Beard mattress again.
