Flew with AI on 31 Oct , nothing wrong with flight itself apart from a couple of rude older air hostesses. Young staff was awesome. Atul went above and beyond other young staff was helpful as well.



If you are planning to stop over at Holiday Inn inside Airport for your transfer for connecting flight in the morning. Do not expect any accommodation inside airport. I was told by AirIndia staff at AirPort that they are having issues with Holiday Inn from last 15 days for them not allowing any accommodation for Air India.



Air India still issued accommodation vouchers for Holiday Inn AirPort Hotel on the day before leaving Melbourne



Air India staff at Air Port would not care and expect a cold shoulder from them.



Other Air India staff will buy alcohol bottles on your boarding passes



You will be shipped off with all your luggage to a hotel outside the airport with all your luggage. If you are flying with kids may be a safer option to get your relatives to come and pick you up from airport
