Aislinn Yoga Description

Aislinn has a background in professional dance and circus. She came across yoga as a means to add to her physical training, quickly realising that it offered so much more. Community, connection and patience were among some of the surprising side effects of her yoga journey, as well as being reunited with the creativity that was buried under years of retail work!

She embraced ideas of stillness, self-acceptance and gratitude and brought them out of the studio and into her everyday life.

Aislinn completed her teacher training with YIMI - Yoga and Integrative Medicine Institute in 2014; attracted by their focus on both traditional yogic teachings and modern application. She has gone on to complete further trainings in Traditional Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra and continues to fulfill her curiosity as a dedicated student of yoga.

She hopes to share a little piece of joy and calm with each and every student she is privileged enough to teach.

Aislinn teaches Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga with a focus on breath, function and alignment.
