DO NOT USE!!!!
I booked these useless idiots to come change The locks at home. I asked for a Wednesday morning booking and they said be home, they will be there between 9am-12pm. I took a busy morning off work as I needed it done. After waiting and waiting i called them at 11.55am. I was told they got held up and would not be able to make it. No call to let me know or anything. An hour later I get a call from the bloke who was meant to do the job with a half arsed apology and asking when I would be home to reschedule. No good will, no discount offered for inconvenience, just wanted to know another 3 hours of my life I was available to waste. Nothing resolved and it was just left. Still have a broken lock and a backlog of work to do.Thanks Ajax... You guys need a serious lesson in customer service!!
