Holistic Counselling using a variety of modalities including: Energy and Reiki healing plus life skills coaching. My aim is to assist women to be the very best version of who they are and live the kind of life they desire.

With a background in nursing and midwifery, the empowerment of women is encouraged using Holistic Counselling, Energy and Reiki healing plus Life Skill techniques.
Reiki is an ancient healing system that promotes health and well being, emotional balance and spiritual awareness. It can be used to assist with: self healing, energy balancing, release of old hurt, anger, fears, reduce anxiety and stress, promote love and well being, create health, happiness, success, joy and inner peace.
Some of the issues that I have helped my clients with, include: relationship issues, including domestic and childhood abuse, depression and anxiety, grief, physical pain and life altering decisions.
