Good and tasty food but bit pricey.

Just had dinner here, felt rushed from the beginning. we ordered starters and main meals. They bought the mains out less than 10min after starters.we had half our meals still in front of us and the waiter came up and asked "are you all done".
We were inside the restaurant for a total of 34minutes. Never again.

Great food and pastries. Atmosphere is a bit cold though

Lovely place, nice food. There's also a good amount of vegan and vegetarian options. Food was served quickly, plus plenty of complimentary bread and olives. Definitely plan on going back.

Had a dreadful evening there last night courtesy of one of the waitresses for various reasons; including a dreadful greeting, swearing and telling highly inappropriate stories of her dog poo-ing in earshot of diners which was enough to put us off our food. Very disappointing. 7:30pm the lights were on full brightness, no music. Half way through our mains we were told in these exact words by waitress "you won't be having coffees will you? Because we are cleaning up the coffee machine now". Well bang went coffee and dessert which we always have. Mains lovely as always but not enough to rescue the experience. Rung today to speak to the manager Fadi and give feedback (we have been going there often for over 3 years now) and got the distinct impression he really couldn't care less which has made this worse; no solution was offered. He said all of 5 words. I will try to speak to the owner who is currently overseas because I know he would not approve of this. Not good enough and frankly after this we will not go back there. Very upset about it; got the clear message from who I spoke to that customers really don't matter.

Worst experience ever, the first & last time to ever go to this place, staff were so rude & not welcoming at all!! Plus there were no Kefta !! It's like when u walk in to Mac & they told u sorry we don't have burger!! The real issue, they didnt aplogize for us for not having Kefta, they came in like; we're warning you no Kefta!!!! Seriously??
